I am starting to blog about my garden hoping to try and keep it up. There are lots of things I hope to remember about the garden and maybe pass on to the kids eventually.

Its May 22nd and I have most of the garden and greenhouse planted. I had the day off today so I was doing some shopping for a few seeds and plants that I wanted to try out. I bought some pole beans and planted them in the rain today. I cut the small branches off some branches Gord had pruned off trees and used them to create a teepee for them to trail up. Hope to add photos tomorrow.  Too rainy today.

It's Spring!

One of the funnest things for me to do in the spring has always been to go for a walk with my kids. Discover Spring, I have called it and even scrapbooked about it. My kids are getting to be more like adults on a walk these days, and are more likely to bike around than walk. So yesterday when I was invite to walk with two of my friends after school, with their little children, I jumped at the chance. Who can turn down watching little ones jumping in the spring mud and splashing in puddles? We walked along a path that the three older kids rarely were on....hehe....they wandered in the long dry grass long the path, found some left over snow to make snowballs with, and oh boy did they enjoy the mud! My friends Lisa and Crystal have 6 kids between then, 3 preschoolers and three babies. While the three preschoolers ran about the three of us were good scrapbookers with our cameras out taking pictures. Even one of the boots!

Gregory was out in our back yard using the toy my guys all bought. A pressure washer.

During the long weekend this month we had visitors! Wesley and his two little sisters came and had a fun day me with. I love them all! Who could resist!

Gregory celebrated his birthday a couple times this yr. Once with his Grandma iris whos birthday is very close to his and once with his friends. He went with his friends tobogganing .

It was a fun morning on Saturday. I went with Lisa to help her iwth the twins, and we watched Wesley play soccer. He is a fun little player and I enjoyed the game! Thanks for inviting me :)
